    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div>\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.28.20/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.28.20/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.7.18/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/21.39.21/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/21.39.21/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\">Cruz Associates Inc. of Yorktown, VA has an open position for a&nbsp;<strong>Senior Database Administrator</strong>.&nbsp;The job location is at Fort Campbell, KY in support of the 160<sup>th</sup> Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR). &nbsp;</p><p><strong>Scope of Performance:&nbsp;</strong>The Senior Database Administrator will provide management and control of automated databases for a myriad of aviation logistical support systems. &nbsp;The Senior DBA will provide advice, technical knowledge, guidance and assistance to customers (internal and external) on automated logistical systems. &nbsp;The Senior DBA will participate in database architecture, performance, security, and design strategy for projects, as well as assist in troubleshooting and support of underperforming aspects of the production database environments.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Prepare&nbsp;logistical&nbsp;statistical&nbsp;data&nbsp;for analysis.</li><li>Create and manage SSRS reports for multiple customers and subject areas.</li><li>Create and manage SSIS packages for multiple databases.</li><li>Review database design and systems integration.</li><li>Make recommendations regarding enhancements and/or improvements.</li><li>Develop and manage database utilization policies, procedures, security, backup, and recovery.</li><li>Maintain design structure by directing implementation of SQL standards and guidelines.</li><li>Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing database performance and trends.</li><li>Provide data correction and validation.</li><li>Monitor system logs, data flows, and external connections.</li><li>Test and troubleshoot system errors.</li><li>Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing database performance and trends.</li><li>Provide daily operations support for databases and database servers.</li><li>Manage Microsoft SQL Server database systems while insuring high levels of data integrity and availability.</li><li>Perform basic data queries to provide data reports used for trending and analysis.</li><li>Provides copy of databases to customers as authorized by the Government.</li><li>Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.</li><li>Perform regular file archival and purge as necessary.</li><li>Perform routine clerical, administrative, and logistics tasks as required in support of the Aviation Maintenance and Sustainment Office (AMSO).&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Experience:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related technical discipline, or equivalent technical training or work experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Working knowledge of relational database management systems</li><li>Minimum 4 years experience in military aviation maintenance and logistics database management.</li><li>Working knowledge of SQL Server, SQL Programming, Stored Procedures and Database Security.</li><li>Understanding of Data Maintenance, Database Performance Tuning, and Process Improvement.</li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.</li></ul></div></div></div></div>\n    </div>\n  </div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
