This is an open submission; availability is based on need and will vary in location. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(18, 4, 69); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Position Purpose</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">A versatile position within a dynamic nonprofit that </span><span style=\"color: rgb(11, 61, 30); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">helps communities recover after disasters and gets children back in school.</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> This position is responsible for the strategic development and overall management of the program to ensure efficient and effective delivery of the projects.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(18, 4, 69); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Reporting Relationships</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Reports to</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> Global Recovery Manager </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\">or</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> Global Response Manager</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Roles reporting to position </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Project Manager, Operations Manager</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Approximate number of reports</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> 1-2 </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(18, 4, 69); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Essential Functions </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Responsible for the successful operation and completion of the program as a whole.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Effectively onboard and manage a diverse staff team to meet the needs of the affected community and empower them to carry out their functions effectively and efficiently.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Supporting the operations and project teams to deliver their specific operational and project targets within the approved time and budget constraints.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Responsible for making sure All Hands and Hearts and program rules are adhered to and carrying out disciplinary procedures if needed .</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Develop, implement, and regularly review program emergency procedures and safety and security protocols.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Oversees the delivery of weekly and monthly reporting for all aspects of the program.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure all program tracking systems are updated regularly and maintained.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Work with local partners to foster collaboration.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure compliance with legal requirements for the program. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure the overall budget and timeline compliance of the program.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Develop an overall budget for the program, including financial forecasting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Reconcile operational and project budgets to meet approved overall program budgets.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Financial responsibilities include the operating budget for the program.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Perform other duties as required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(18, 4, 69); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Position Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Education</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience in a relevant field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Related Experience</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> 2+ years experience working in a disaster response context, preferably with All Hands and Hearts. 1+ years of experience in a role with project management responsibilities, including budget tracking and reporting. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Special Competencies/Certifications </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> Must be able to secure and maintain appropriate visas. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, confident working with Google Workspace, particularly Google Docs and Google Sheets, Microsoft Office. The individual needs to be responsible, well organized, and have a flexible approach to managing multiple teams and tasks, prioritizing them appropriately.
