Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span>More About Our Team:</span></p><p><span>We pride ourselves on exceptional teamwork, we support one another to deliver safe compassionate care.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>Our strong collaboration and commitment to best practices lead to positive patient outcomes and a high-quality healing environment.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span>How you'll contribute:</span></p><p><span>A Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) who excels in this role:</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li><span>The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for delivering basic patient care under the supervision of nursing staff, supporting patients' comfort and assisting with daily living activities and clinical procedures.</span></li><li><span>Essential Functions</span></li><li><span>Perform basic patient care tasks including bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance.</span></li><li><span>Provide general nursing support such as positioning, lifting, turning, and using special equipment.</span></li><li><span>Assist with toileting needs using bedpans, urinals, commodes, or ambulation to the bathroom.</span></li><li><span>Take and record temperature, pulse, respiration, weight, height, blood pressure, and intake/output measurements accurately and document in a timely manner.</span></li><li><span>Prepare patient rooms for admission and transfer, ensuring cleanliness and equipment readiness.</span></li><li><span>Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment with attention to ventilation and lighting.</span></li><li><span>Support patient admission, transfer, and discharge procedures, including handling of patient belongings.</span></li><li><span>Answer patient call lights, phones, and pages, responding promptly and appropriately.</span></li><li><span>Perform other related duties as assigned.</span></li><li><span>Performs basic patient care activities as delegated and supervised by an RN, including monitoring vital signs, possibly taking blood glucose measurements, and recording intake and output.</span></li><li><span>Assists patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, eating, and ambulation.</span></li><li><span>Reports abnormal findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff.</span></li><li><span>Assists with keeping patient rooms and common areas stocked, clean and orderly.</span></li><li><span>Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
