The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role will manage development hand-off through final production, ensuring on-time delivery, exceptional quality, and alignment with cost and margin goals. You will work closely with Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, and our global vendor partners to bring Tuckernuck’s product vision to life, ensuring our garments are beautiful, functional, and deliver on our brand promise. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Core Responsibilities  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Manage the production process from development to delivery across multiple product categories, including women’s apparel, and other verticals as needed. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Maintain and track production calendars and critical path timelines to ensure all deadlines are met</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with Design and Merchandising to meet category cost targets and ensure production feasibility from proto to bulk production. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Communicate daily with global vendors to oversee on-time production, troubleshoot any production / quality issues, and confirm production schedules against shipping windows. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Communicate and manage seasonal time and action calendar to ensure on-time deliveries with factories </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Analyze cost breakdowns and margins seasonally to achieve target margins</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Assist in vendor sourcing and onboarding as the brand scales. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Partner with Technical Design to ensure accurate fit approvals and QA standards are met.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Ensure accurate and timely purchase order entry and delivery tracking in our ERP/tech systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Conduct cost negotiations with vendors and work to improve margins without compromising quality.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Leading weekly production meetings for RTW with Merchandising, Design, TD, and Quality to align on calendar, and resolve any production issues. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Responsible for packaging and label guidelines </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Have basic knowledge of pricing in relation to customs tariffs and logistics freight costs</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Minimum Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">5+ years of experience in apparel production, preferably in a fashion e-commerce or direct-to-consumer environment</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Knowledge/Skills/Abilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong understanding of garment construction, production processes, and fabric knowledge across multiple categories</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience working with overseas factories and navigating timezone, language, and logistical dynamics</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proven ability to manage timelines, troubleshoot under pressure, and stay organized amidst shifting priorities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with PLM systems and ERP platforms a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with creative and operational teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Entrepreneurial mindset and a can-do attitude—excited to be hands-on and solutions-oriented</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor's degree in Fashion Production, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or related field preferred</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Compensation </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-size: 10pt\">Compensation for the role will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience. The estimated annual compensation for this role is $</span><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-size: 10pt\">80,000-$90,000</span><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-size: 10pt\">; classified as full-time exempt and not eligible for overtime.
