Als ploegleider steekafdeling stuur je dagelijks de medewerkers aan die het stek verwerken en zorg je ervoor dat het geautomatiseerde steekproces continue door blijft gaan. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte start aan het begin van de shift en een goede overdracht aan het einde hiervan. Je bedient verschillende machines en meldt afwijkingen en technische storingen aan de storingsmedewerker of de technische dienst. Hierbij los je de kleine storingen zelf op. Je controleert het kwaliteitsniveau van de verwerkte stekken en houdt toezicht op de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden van de medewerkers. Het productieproces op de steekafdeling wordt in twee ploegen uitgevoerd. De werkzaamheden kunnen starten om 6.00 of om 15.00 uur. As a planting department shift leader, you manage the employees who process the cuttings on a daily basis and make sure that the automated planting process runs continuously. You operate a variety of machines and report deviations and technical malfunctions to the troubleshooting employee or the technical department. You solve minor malfunctions yourself. You check the quality level of the cuttings that are processed and supervise the employees in the execution of their work. The production process in the cuttings department is done in two shifts. You operate a variety of machines and report deviations and technical malfunctions to the troubleshooting employee or the technical department. You solve minor malfunctions yourself. You check the quality level of the cuttings that are processed and supervise the employees in the execution of their work. The production process in the cuttings department is done in two shifts.
