font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What you’ll do</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Deliver and maintain flight training programs for new and existing operational employees to ensure they are ready to deliver on real world projects, including:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Safe, effective, and efficient use of equipment, methodologies and techniques required to build or operate Infravision products in the field on construction projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Utilise best practice to deliver and manage effective field training outcomes for a diverse trainee base across Infravisions global operating regions, including:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Australia, India, United States and Canada.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Classroom instruction on aerial robotic technology, aviation regulations, Infravision construction methods, and data collection techniques.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Hands-on flight exercises using simulators and actual RPAS.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Practical exercises on the use and maintenance of ground equipment for Infravision construction and RPAS support.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">E-learning modules on relevant aviation regulations and Infravision construction practices.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure that all training programs comply with relevant global standards including regulations for RPAS operations, relevant industry standards for Infravision construction activities and vendor onboarding requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with Infravisions engineering and technology teams to test, evaluate and understand training and upskilling requirements for new technologies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What we are looking for</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications and Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Minimum 4 years of experience in a training and development role, preferably in the aviation, military or construction industry.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Proven experience in delivering operational or technical training programs, specifically for high risk operations, aviation or similar technologies / industries.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams in a field environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ability to assess training needs specific to aerial robotic use, Infravision construction methods, and their integration in transmission line solutions. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d;
