From new parks and facilities, to everyday improvements across all departments, you&rsquo;ll take on hands-on challenges that make a visible difference. If you love solving problems, take pride in detail, and want your work to truly matter, we want to meet you!</p><p><strong>Examples of Duties:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Performing building preventive and reactive maintenance and repair work; responding to requests for building repair and maintenance; maintaining&nbsp;records.</li><li>Consults with Facilities Supervisor concerning work&nbsp;assignments.</li><li>Investigate and repair above and inground plumbing including irrigation.</li><li>Performs maintenance and repair work on plumbing.</li><li>Assist others in repairs in other trades such as Electrical, HVACR, and Carpentry.</li><li>Maintains logs, reports and job status records; utilizes an online computerized maintenance management&nbsp;system.</li><li>Determines tool and material requirements for assigned&nbsp;work.</li><li>Ensures that assigned work is accomplished in accordance with&nbsp;procedures.</li><li>Assists other departments with special events, concerts,&nbsp;etc.</li><li>Installs, maintains and repairs plumbing fixtures in all&nbsp;buildings.</li><li>Does some janitorial duties when required; helps to monitor janitorial&nbsp;contractor.</li><li>Performs related tasks as required.</li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>A high school diploma or&nbsp;equivalent</li><li>Professional experience in commercial building maintenance and plumbing systems is required.</li><li>A driver&#39;s license and good driving record are&nbsp;required.</li><li>Understand and demonstrate extensive knowledge of commercial buildings to ensure effective operations and maintenance.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Information:</strong></p><p>The salary range shown is the hiring range.
