You’ll work alongside engineers, architects, and delivery specialists to develop technology that enables faster, safer decision-making for critical operations.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">Your work may include:</span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">Project management- The ability to manage all aspects of project delivery, including forecasting, change management and risk management. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">Oversee deliverables from cross-functional teams, vendors, and business resources. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">Foster open communication across teams to identify cross-team development dependencies and risks early on. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">Experience of working in a project delivery environment with a sound understanding of structured and agile methodologies and applying them in separate situations (e.g. APMP, MSP, Jira, Tempo, Scrum). </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">Problem solving- The ability to identify problems collaboratively and develop actions/solutions, communicating both to key stakeholders and presenting information through reports, dashboards and slides as appropriate. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">Commercial awareness- Providing contract management, supplier management. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">Market experience working within the UK Defence &amp; Security sector is advantageous.<br></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">We value people who take ownership, think critically, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team tackling complex challenges.
