The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, experience working with tight tolerances, and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><h3>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain stamping dies, tooling, fixtures, and related equipment.</li><li>Perform preventative maintenance on tooling to ensure optimal production performance and tool life.</li><li>Diagnose tooling issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve productivity.</li><li>Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, CAD models, and tool designs.</li><li>Operate machine tools, including mills, lathes, grinders, EDM equipment, and other precision machining equipment.</li><li>Inspect tooling components using precision measuring instruments to verify dimensional accuracy.</li><li>Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams during new product launches and process improvements.</li><li>Assist with die tryouts, first-piece inspections, and production startups.</li><li>Recommend tooling improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and tool longevity.</li><li>Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.</li><li>Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.</li></ul>",
