    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p id=\"isPasted\">Italian Rose Garlic Products, a Lakeview Farms company is the category leading producer of fresh produce-based salsa in North America. We offer branded, private label, contract manufactured and food service salsa products in addition to a variety of dips, spreads and sauces. &nbsp;</p><p>Currently, we are looking for a <strong>Financial Analyst</strong> for our Riviera Beach, FL manufacturing facility. &nbsp;The qualified candidate will will assist in budgeting, monthly reporting of actual vs budget/forecast, detailed general ledger review to determine accurate forecasting and will assist with financial models for ongoing and future projects. This role will also track, troubleshoot and present operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a monthly basis. Candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to help meet deadlines and support departmental deliverables.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Essential Functions&nbsp;and Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Assist in the annual budget and rolling monthly forecasts, including setting time tables, designing forms, consolidation of data, and preparation of financial statements&nbsp;</li><li>Support department managers in the development of budgets and forecasts and identifying trends in performance and provide recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Monitor and effectively communicate performance against budgets and forecasts, including reporting of deviations from plan.</li><li>Maintain budgeting and forecasting templates and identify improvements to underlying model. &nbsp;</li><li>Prepare timely monthly management reports and dashboards including KPI analysis.&nbsp;</li><li>Report actual vs. budget on a monthly basis for department managers.</li><li>Provide analysis of costs and profit margins for existing and new products.</li><li>Prepare ad hoc analysis, as necessary.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline preferred.</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in a financial analyst or accounting related position within a Manufacturing, Retail or Distribution setting</li><li>Knowledge and Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)</li><li>Strong computer skills - high proficiency &nbsp;in Microsoft Office; specifically, Excel, PowerPoint, Word</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Strong analytical &nbsp;and communication skills</li><li>Self-starter and independent work style.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Competencies/skills</u></strong></p><ul><li>Results and detail oriented</li><li>Time management</li><li>Professionalism &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills</li><li>Organizational &amp; planning skills</li><li>Multi-tasking</li></ul><p>Italian Rose is an equal opportunity employer.
