Set up, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and IT infrastructure. Support website development, updates, maintenance, and UI/UX improvements. Apply programming skills to automate and enhance internal processes. Research and integrate emerging technologies, including AI and automation. Assist with data protection, security updates, and backup management. Conduct online research on new technology tools and trends. Requirements Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of IT support, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure. Familiarity with networking, databases, and system administration. Basic to intermediate web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress). Basic programming experience (Python, JavaScript, PHP, or similar). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptable and efficient in a fast-paced environment. Interest in self-learning and emerging technology trends. Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively. Able to work under pressure with an innovative mindset. Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.",
