          "text": "<p><strong>This role offers a range of $20.00 to $22.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications and skills, as well as geographic considerations.</strong></p><p><strong>This is a second shift position with working hours from 2pm-10:30pm.&#xa0; Must be able to train on a split shift for a minimum of 90 days with hours being from 10am-6:30pm.</strong></p><p>We are seeking Mill Operators to manufacture high-quality printing ink. We will train right candidate to operate a Mill Machine and on TPM activities. As a&#xa0;Mill/Mixer Operator you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Running&#xa0;batches of ink at proper mill settings</li><li>Packaging&#xa0;finished product in various containers and apply labels</li><li>Cleaning and maintaining machine to TPM Standards</li><li>Learning and applying TPM knowledge to daily activities</li><li>Weigh-Up Batches: Following process order of addition.&#xa0;Shift auto and manual steps</li><li>Mix Batch<strong>:</strong> Discharging&#xa0;pigment and operating&#xa0;mixer safely; following and adhering&#xa0;to all INX Mixer SOP's</li><li>Creating&#xa0;and maintaining a database of all existing formulas including processing times</li><li>Canning</li><li>Operating&#xa0;the following: Press out unit, pump filter equipment, and forklift</li><li>Acting as a QC liaison, providing&#xa0;ink samples, making&#xa0;ink adjustments, and recording data</li><li>Completing&#xa0;scheduled maintenance,&#xa0;and troubleshooting procedures</li><li>Helping with repacks</li></ul>",
