In the end, lives will be saved.  </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Could you be our newest Teckronaut?<em>  </em></span></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></em></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">What you’ll Do:</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure the ongoing successful delivery of Teckro products to clients by building strong and productive relationships with clients and co-workers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">As lead point of contact for key existing clients, manage day to day relationships with these teams to ensure ongoing client satisfaction through frequent communication, meetings and client visits.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop long-term relationships with clients to help grow these accounts within Teckro by connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proactively identify potential and existing issues in client service relationships, address these directly and intervene when necessary to ensure client satisfaction. Recommend Teckro solutions to help solve these where possible.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop site engagement strategies with the clinical study team using Teckro solutions, data and communication channels.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Leverage Teckro data and metrics for clients with the objective of adding value to the clinical trial or programme. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Responsible for educating clients on products, new solutions and best practices. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide support to Head of Clinical Engagement and/or Senior Management in the areas of engagement/growth strategy, process and reporting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Be an active contributor to the sales team to reach and exceed the sales quota while achieving sales targets.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide training and mentoring support to assigned members of the Engagement Project Management team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Contribute to the Engagement Project Management team process creation and process improvement.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure successful collaboration of the Engagement PM team with other departments, as required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to travel (approximately 20-30%)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Undertake other duties in-line with your role and business needs as required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></em><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">The Ideal candidate will have:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">5+ years of healthcare project management, account management and/or clinical research experience. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">3+ years’ experience in clinical trial management or similar.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to form strong and constructive internal as well as external professional relationships.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated ability to shape, and deliver results to, customer expectations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong influencing, negotiation skills and presentation skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and telephone skills.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(85, 86, 89); font-size: 14pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications Required:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">BA/BS degree in related field; or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Location and Travel:</span></span></span><span style=\"color: rgb(85, 86, 89); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(237, 125, 49); font-size: 10pt\">(Dublin)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Hybrid work option with the flexibility to work in our Irish office located in Dublin.
