completion on time and on budget while&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;a high&nbsp;level&nbsp;of&nbsp;customer&nbsp;centricity&nbsp;and managing stakeholder expectations.&nbsp;</p><p>Roles&nbsp;</p><p>As a Welty Energy&nbsp;Senior&nbsp;Project&nbsp;Manager&nbsp;2, you:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>willleadtheprojectmanagementteamresponsible for planning, organizing,andcoordinating the completion ofall activities for the engineering, design, procurement,and construction of major capital projects and programs.</li><li>willberesponsible forhighcomplexity projectsand/or programs.</li><li>willcoordinate with all applicable stakeholders on your project(s)to ensure that communication across the lines isestablishedand maintained throughout the life cycle of the project(s).</li><li>willbe the primary point of contact with the clientregardingyour project(s).</li><li>willfacilitatetheimplementation of the company&rsquo;sand client&rsquo;ssafetyandhealth programswith your project team(s)andpromotesafework practices.</li><li>willfacilitatethe implementation of the company&rsquo;s and client&rsquo;s environmental programs with your project team(s)focusing ontheprotection of theenvironmentin accordance withcompany policy and government regulations.</li><li>willcommit to the ideals of aclient-centric culture to foster trust and confidence amongclientsand improve valuefor all our stakeholders.</li><li>willconductdetailedtechnical reviews of specifications, drawings, contracts,addenda,and other construction documents to ensure constructability with our client&rsquo;s standards and specificationswhileutilizingthe technicalexpertiseof othersas needed.</li><li>will conduct and directdetailedproject planning and status meetings to ensure schedule and financial adherence to
