    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Enterprise Parcel Strategy &amp; Carrier Governance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Establish and execute the enterprise parcel strategy across national, regional, and alternative carrier networks.</li>\n <li>Own parcel carrier relationships and lead commercial negotiations, RFPs, and contracting strategies.</li>\n <li>Define governance standards for carrier performance, service expectations, escalation, and accountability.</li>\n <li>Provide strategic guidance on carrier mix, service levels, and network optimization to balance cost, service, and scalability.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Pricing, Audit &amp; Financial Governance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Establish and govern enterprise parcel pricing, audit, and billing control frameworks.</li>\n <li>Oversee parcel audit programs, dispute resolution processes, and recovery efforts to ensure contract compliance and billing accuracy.</li>\n <li>Partner with Finance on accrual accuracy, savings validation, and enterprise financial reporting.</li>\n <li>Maintain oversight of rate structures, accessorials, surcharges, and incentive programs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Systems, Analytics &amp; Performance Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide recommendations for parcel systems</li>\n <li>Partner with Technology and Operations to optimize parcel rating, manifesting, and data platforms.</li>\n <li>Define KPIs and dashboards to monitor cost, service, compliance, and customer experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Cross-Functional Leadership &amp; Enablement</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide strategic guidance for customer onboarding, pricing models, and scalable parcel solutions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Risk Management &amp; Compliance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure alignment with contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and internal controls related to parcel transportation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned or changed from time to time.</p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred</li>\n <li>6+ years of progressive experience in transportation, logistics, or related disciplines, including enterprise-level strategic accountability.</li>\n <li>2+ years of demonstrated expertise in parcel or comparable pricing strategy, contract governance, financial controls, and performance management.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives influencing multiple business units.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to translate data into executive-level recommendations.</li>\n <li>Experience within a 3PL, e-commerce, retail, or high-volume parcel environment preferred</li>\n <li>Familiarity with parcel audit platforms, transportation management systems, and rating engines preferred</li>\n <li>Experience in supporting customer-facing solution design and pricing governance preferred</li>\n <li>10-15% travel</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:&nbsp;</strong>$100,000 - $120,000/year base salary + Bonus and Equity Eligibility&nbsp;</p>\n<p><i><strong>This is an estimated range based on the circumstances at the time of posting, however it may change based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, education, market factors, geographical location, budget, and demand.&nbsp;</strong></i></p>\n<p><strong>Benefits&nbsp;</strong>We offer a comprehensive benefits plan including:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical</li>\n <li>Dental&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Vision</li>\n <li>Flexible Spending Account (FSA)</li>\n <li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</li>\n <li>Life &amp; AD&amp;D Insurance</li>\n <li>Disability</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off</li>\n <li>Paid Holidays</li>\n</ul>",
