At Dynamic, we foster a rewarding workplace, investing in our employees with industry-leading training programs that pave the way for growth and advancement.\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Dynamic Survey, a division of Dynamic Engineering Consultants is seeking a motivated, team-oriented individual with field survey knowledge and experience for small to large scale commercial, residential and private sector projects.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Boundary, Title and ALTA Surveys.</li>\n <li>Aerial and Topographic Surveys Utility locations including pipe inverts and sizes.</li>\n <li>Construction Layout.</li>\n <li>Right-of-Way Surveys.</li>\n <li>Utility Surveys</li>\n <li>Wetland Location Surveys.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Candidate must be organized, self-motivated, require minimal supervision and a good communicator.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage field crews and survey technicians.</li>\n <li>Willing to train new employees.</li>\n <li>Minimum (4) years’ experience.</li>\n <li>Experience with robotic total stations, GPS, leveling, field procedures, boundary analysis and resolution.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform Boundary Analysis and assist in Resolution</li>\n <li>Manage projects to be delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.</li>\n <li>Must have flexibility in daily schedule start times, particularly early mornings.</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license.</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain and operate personal and/or company vehicle.</li>\n <li>Familiar with CIVIL3D and Land Development Desktop.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of field survey operations, engineering and construction industry.</li>\n <li>Strong technical background.</li>\n <li>The ability to obtain OSHA 10 safety training.</li>\n <li>Proficient in the use of Microsoft Software including Word, Excel, Outlook and Project.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>We strive to provide a great company culture consisting of a variety of team building events: trivia nights, softball and volleyball leagues, mini golf tournaments, BBQ’s, happy hours, poker nights, catered weekly staff meetings, surfboard lending programs, and much more.
