Masters/Advanced Degree preferred. </li><li>CERTIFICATIONS:<b>&nbsp;</b>Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or Certified Information Management Professional (CIMP) a plus. </li><div><br></div>"

      "content": "<li>A minimum of 10 years of experience in data strategy, analytics, governance, or data management with a growth track record.</li><li>Strong background working with enterprise source systems, operational data feeds, and customer-facing platforms required.</li><li>Experience supporting or partnering with teams that use large scale policy, claims, CRM, or workflow systems. </li><li>Strong understanding of insurance data, regulatory requirements, and complex transactional systems.  </li><li>Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence at the Executive level. </li><li>Experience leading enterprise data governance programs. </li>"
