We&rsquo;re currently seeking a <strong>Field Service Specialist</strong> to support our customers across Michigan and Northern Ohio.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>🔬</strong><strong>&nbsp;What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">As a Metrohm Field Service Specialist, you&rsquo;ll be the face of our Service team&mdash;providing technical support and on-site service that keeps our customers&rsquo; instruments running at peak performance.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">You will:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform installations, repairs, calibrations, certifications, preventive maintenance, and refresher training for benchtop analytical systems.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support customers both on-site and remotely (via phone, email, Teams).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage a dynamic schedule across the territory.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Build strong customer relationships through expert service and communication.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams to deliver seamless customer experience.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>📍</strong><strong>&nbsp;Territory</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This role covers Michagan and Northern Ohio and will be based in the Detroit metro area.
