As the Seasonal Event Coordinator, you will report to and support the General Manager, Event Manager or the Deputy General Manger in executing company objectives at assigned properties. You will be expected to build strong relationships with guests and lead hourly game day staff and other office staff. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrate a proven track record of success in sales activities and building relationships with key stakeholders across multiple industries, gather and synthesize key information and the ability to work effectively with a variety of colleagues.</p><p><br></p><p>Ultimately, a top-notch Seasonal Event Coordinator should be able to perform efficiently in a high-pressure environment and demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Primary duties to include, but not limited to the following:</p><p><br></p><p><strong>OPERATIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the flawless execution of events at partner schools, with a special emphasis on game day operations.</li><li>Provide guidance and support to hourly staff, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional service during game day events.</li><li>Aid in facilitating weekly coordination meetings to align staff members and define game day operational priorities and expectations.</li><li>Take charge of various operational processes, including quality control, inventory management, to ensure smooth and efficient event execution.</li><li>Update and maintain customer logs to be shared with vendor or operations team for improved communication and service delivery.</li><li>Cultivate and nurture relationships with game day vendors, serving as the main point of contact for seamless collaboration and service delivery.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>GUEST EXPERIENCE:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide excellent customer service onsite, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.</li><li>Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the overall guest experience during events.</li></ul><p><br></p>",
