Take over the documentation and Jira hygiene for at least one onboarding project.<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">In your 2nd month:</span> You lead technical discussions with our clients and translate their needs into dev tasks. Begin identifying and clearing technical blockers independently. Start mentoring the team through 1:1s and providing actionable feedback.<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">By the end of the 3rd month:</span> You fully own the technical delivery and stability of all onboarding projects. Proactively suggest and implement modernizations for our custom modular systems.
