          "text": "<p>Effectively check guests into and out of the resort by performing the following duties.</p><p><strong>As the Front Desk Agent, you will provide:</strong></p><ul><li>Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.</li><li>Issues room keys and provides escort instructions to bellhops.</li><li>Date-stamps, sorts, and racks incoming mail and messages.</li><li>Transmits and receives telephone messages.</li><li>Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services, guest registration, and shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.</li><li>Maintains records of room availability and guest accounts.</li><li>Computes bills, collects payment, and makes change for guests.</li><li>Makes and confirms reservations.</li><li>Posts charges such as room, food, liquor, or telephone to the ledger.</li><li>Makes restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations and arranges tours.</li><li>Assists guests with the deposit of valuables in the hotel safe or safe deposit boxes.</li><li>Performs nightly bucket checks.</li><li>Listens to guest concerns and identifies appropriate solutions.</li></ul><p><strong>To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
