The primary duties of the Vault Teller are:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> Represent American Bank to customers and staff in a courteous, professional manner. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Provide prompt, efficient and accurate service in processing all transactions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Answer phone calls promptly, delivering exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer caller experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> Maintain adequate cash and coin supply for the bank including processing coin in a timely manner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> Act as Lead Teller providing guidance to other staff.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> Buy, sell, and verify money transactions to and from tellers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> Verify and prepare currency and coin Federal Reserve shipments. This requires the ability to lift rolled or bagged coin.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> Receive checks and cash for deposit to savings and checking accounts, verify deposit amounts, examine checks for endorsement and negotiability, and enter transactions into bank records via an online teller terminal.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> Cash checks and pay money from savings and checking accounts upon verification of signatures and customer account balances.
