Leveraging data, systems thinking, and emerging technologies—including generative AI—you will serve as a key advisor and partner in guiding strategic planning, optimizing learning experiences, and ensuring the seamless integration with an offshore managed service model to provide state-of-the-art learning solutions for all colleagues.</span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;
