Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for diagnostics and laboratory general equipment portfolios. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, and laboratories. Identify new market opportunities and expand business channels. Analyze market trends, prepare sales forecasts, and report on performance. Collaborate with global manufacturer partners to support product launches and training. Ensure excellent market coverage and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field. Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in the diagnostics, or lab general equipment industry, including at least 2 years in a team-lead or management role. Sales experience in distributor company is preferred. Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven record of achieving sales goals and managing high-performance teams. Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven mindset. Proficient in English and Cantonese; Mandarin an advantage. Candidate with less experience will be considered Assistant Sales Manager.
