    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>PrimeSource Building Products, Inc. one of the nation’s largest wholesale distributors of building supply products, has an immediate opportunity available for an experienced, reliable, and hard working <strong>Warehouse Operations Coordinator</strong><strong>.</strong> Plans layout of warehouse and other storage areas, considers turnover, size, weight and related factors of items stored. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Some responsibilities include the following. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Plans layout of warehouse, and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored. </li>\n <li>Reviews records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures, and to determine adequacy of stock levels. </li>\n <li>Schedules work for special and periodic inventories. </li>\n <li>Responsible for assisting in periodic cycle counting of inventory. </li>\n <li>Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies. </li>\n <li>Helps prepares composite reports from individual reports of subordinates. </li>\n <li>Works with dedicated carriers for efficient and safe routing of delivery trucks. </li>\n <li>Responsible for coordinating will call orders in safe and service friendly manner. </li>\n <li>Responsible for the maintaining and caring for company owned or leased equipment. Make recommendations on equipment purchases </li>\n <li>Accountable and responsible for high standards of warehouse safety, cleanliness and organization. </li>\n <li>Receives stock into warehouse. Maintain and organize stock in warehouse. </li>\n <li>Setups nails and supervise packagers daily. </li>\n <li>Ensures picking racks are full and in order. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>\n<p>Bachelors or equivalent in years of experience.
