The Field Project Manager will be the primary point of contact in managing these complex, multi-faceted projects and will be heavily involved in managing customer relationships.</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Location:</span><br><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">This position will be based remotely within the United States from your home-based office, preferably in states such as IN, MN, MO, IA, or TN. Candidate’s must reside within one hour of a major airport as this position will require up to 50% travel.</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Specifically, the Field Project Manager will:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Plan, execute, monitor, and control projects from initiation through to delivery and commissioning</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support customers in solving complex problems, as well as provide customer training and technical on-site support</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide leadership to multiple stakeholders to define requirements, establish system design, coordinate deliveries and report to customers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Oversee systems integration – specifically, work with customer utilities in integrating TRUConnect AMI to other utility vendor systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Negotiate, implement, and supervise subcontracts, when required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Regularly review and report on project performance to management and other stakeholders</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What you Bring:</span><br><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><em>Education and Experience:</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">A Bachelor's degree or advanced certification in Project Management, Operations Management, Engineering (Computer, Electrical or Systems), or other related field</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">6+ years of experience managing the operation, deployment and/or installation of large, multi-faceted projects in large IT, telemetry, control or communications systems/networks</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Customer/stakeholder management experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">A PMP designation is preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience in AMI/AMR, RF or Wireless communications is an asset</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><em>Personal Attributes Required: </em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">A demonstrated aptitude for understanding complex technical communication systems and technology in a short time</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Attention to detail, deadlines and strong problem-solving skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Self-motivated and able to work independently while exercising proactivity, flexibility and good judgement</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong organizational, planning and follow-through skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to effectively prioritize and balance multiple projects, tasks, stakeholders and remain  focused in a fast paced, high volume work environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to manage dynamic external and internal stakeholder relationships</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">If you possess some of the key skills and experiences outlined in the job posting and are genuinely interested in the position, we invite you to take a chance and submit your application.
