Description
We are hiring a Business Development specializing in Payment Service Provider (PSP) Merchants, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence within the Payments industry. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure business opportunities with PSPs, fostering strong relationships, and promoting our suite of products and services.
Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential PSP merchants through market research and industry analysis.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies.
Initiate contact and conduct outreach to potential PSP clients.
Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within PSP organizations.
Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
Understand the unique needs and challenges of PSP merchants.
Customize solutions to address specific requirements, providing consultative guidance.
Lead negotiations, address objections, and facilitate the contract closing process.
Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met during contract negotiations.
Work closely with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to enhance offerings based on client feedback.
Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.
Required Qualifications:
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the Payments or Fintech industry.
In-depth understanding of Payment Service Providers and their operational dynamics.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
Results-driven and goal-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
