This position requires attention to customer service and to be able to communicate well with guest and residents as they are on the property.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Job duties required but not limited to:</p>\n<p>* Checking ID's, contacting residents, filling out logbooks, ability to write incident reports, attention to any suspicious activity.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>SCHEDULE FOR GATEHOUSE NEEDED: <strong>FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS &</strong> <strong> SUNDAYS FROM 4PM to 12AM </strong></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li> Valid Security guard license</li>\n</ul>",
