We are a place where you can belong and become. <strong>We are genuine:</strong> we value you and embrace your individuality. <strong>We are hopeful</strong>: we believe in you and your potential to become a catalyst in the world. <strong>We are nurturing</strong>: we support you in your journey to develop your full potential. <strong>We are determined</strong>: above all else, we are on a relentless quest to make our community stronger beginning with you.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Plan and lead indoor cycling classes with warm-ups, structured ride intervals, and cool-downs</li>\n <li>Guide participants through proper bike setup and form to ensure safety and effectiveness</li>\n <li>Create an energizing, motivating atmosphere for riders of all fitness levels</li>\n <li>Set up the cycling studio before class and ensure equipment is stored and secured afterward</li>\n <li>Track class attendance and note new or absent participants</li>\n <li>Communicate any equipment issues, safety concerns, or incidents to management promptly</li>\n <li>Use provided microphone equipment during class</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 18 years of age or older.</li>\n <li>Current CPR/AED and First Aid.</li>\n <li>Complete and pass audition with director.</li>\n <li>Able to relate to people on all levels in a friendly and consistent manner.</li>\n <li>Able to reflect a positive attitude.</li>\n <li>Accepted National Group Exercise Certification (i.e. AFAA, ACE, NCSM), specialized training in a nationally recognized format (i.e. Zumba, YogaFit, RYT 200 or 500, Piloxing, Pilates, Powder Blue formats, LesMills etc) and/or Foundations of YMCA Group Exercise.</li>\n</ul>",
