You'll help us stay on top of social media trends, create engaging content, and assist with updating our website! Everything from creating digital content for the clinic to keeping media fresh and promotions current. You’ll also get an inside look at the world of dermatology and help share that with our online community.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>You will be responsible for helping create, edit, and upload social media content alongside our marketing manager and medical assistants. Our marketing intern may also be responsible for researching consumer trends, assisting with creating promotional ideas, collaborating with staff and providers, and assist with managing blogs, content, and media on our website.</p>\n<p><br> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Commitment of 8-10 hours per week for a minimum of 3-6 months (120 hours minimum).</li>\n<li>Create engaging posts for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).</li>\n<li>Create Lobby Loops, promotions, and media to the website and assist with regular website updates (basic website backend experience preferred).</li>\n<li>Help design and develop internal-use tools or apps to support marketing and sales (no coding experience required — open to learning and idea-sharing)</li>\n<li>Design graphics, write captions, and select relevant hashtags to reach target audiences.</li>\n<li>Develop and share before-and-after images (with patient consent).</li>\n<li>Edit short videos of procedures, patient testimonials, or staff spotlights.</li>\n<li>Create educational reels or stories on topics like skincare tips, laser procedures, or product highlights.</li>\n<li>Analyze patient demographics to help refine marketing strategies.<br></li>\n<li>Collect and summarize patient feedback to tailor promotions and messaging.<br></li>\n<li>Brainstorm ideas for seasonal campaigns (e.g., holiday discounts, back-to-school skin treatments). </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Perks</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunity to build a strong portfolio of creative marketing materials.</li>\n<li>Written letter of recommendation based on performance at the end of the intern term.</li>\n<li>Opportunities to learn industry-specific skills, such as understanding dermatology services, creating marketing campaigns, or analyzing engagement metrics.</li>\n<li>Gain hands-on experience in digital marketing while learning about the dynamic world of dermatology and aesthetics.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preferred: 3rd or 4th year undergraduate or recent graduates with coursework in marketing graphic design, software development/IT or related fields.</li>\n<li>Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of website management (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or similar platforms), CapCut, Canva, and other marketing tools</li>\n<li>Comfortable uploading content and updating web pages.</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to collaborate with a team.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PLEASE NOTE:</span> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">This is an unpaid internship</span> designed for undergraduates to receive hands on real world experience.
