Join us to help make an impact.\n<h2>Your Opportunity</h2>\n<p>Hands-on, customer service driven, creative thinker and problem solver responsible for providing and maintaining a safe world-class facility inside and out. Oversee facilities operational processes, including maintenance and cleaning functions as well as customer and departmental support. Propose and implement process and health and safety improvements, ensuring efficient and effective operations that comply with all state and federal laws, standards, guidelines, and protocols.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This is an onsite role in Contoocook, NH</strong></p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Deliver a safe, clean, secure, and organized facility, ensuring equipment is maintained, grounds are well kept, and operational throughout the year</li>\n <li>Identify and resolve maintenance, cleaning, safety, and security issues</li>\n <li>Respond to and address all customer requests in a courteous and timely manner</li>\n <li>Manage the inventory and purchase process of facility items, including cleaning and kitchenette supplies</li>\n <li>Maintain open communication with representatives of commonly used vendors and contractors scheduling and overseeing their services as needed, ensuring service level agreements are being met</li>\n <li>Identify areas of continuous improvement, update existing, and create new processes, including storage optimization</li>\n <li>Implement safety remediations reported by the Safety Committee auditors and oneself, ensuring alignment with OSHA standards and other governing guidelines are followed</li>\n <li>Maintain a secure site by managing the building security systems</li>\n <li>Act as the primary emergency contact, maintaining 24/7 availability, coordinating the resolution of emergency issues quickly and effectively</li>\n <li>Support Facilities Leadership with onsite projects</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Your Team</strong></p>\n<p>You’ll be welcomed as a member of the GOBI Facilities team—a close-knit group of 3 people—as well as part of the broader Facilities Operations and Finance team. Our team is made up of individuals with diverse skill sets who thrive on collaboration, using data-driven insights to make decisions, tackle challenges, and turn them into successes.While we pride ourselves on being professional, humble, and lighthearted, we take our work seriously, fostering a supportive environment focused on excellence in customer service and continuous improvement.</p>\n<h2>About You</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>7+ years of experience in facility maintenance and operations</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)</li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive company vehicles</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li>\n <li>Understanding and experience with OSHA guidelines and requirements</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What sets you apart</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to email, text, and effectively use applications via company-issued smartphone</li>\n <li>Ability to operate a powered industrial truck and hydraulic lift</li>\n <li>OSHA-30 Hour General Construction Certification</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift and carry 50 pounds</li>\n <li>Ability to bend, stretch, crawl, work in tight spaces, climb ladders, and work from heights</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $53,425.00 - USD $76,320.00 /Yr.",
