This is a hybrid role combining hands-on infrastructure management with end-user support, designed to serve as the primary IT resource for the Madrid office while contributing to the firm's global IT operations.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a reliable and secure IT environment in Madrid, supporting local staff on a daily basis, and collaborating closely with the central IT team to ensure consistency across all Market Securities offices worldwide.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Infrastructure &amp; Systems</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Manage and maintain the local server environment, including Windows Server 2019/2022 and virtualisation platforms (VMware ESXi / vCenter).</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Oversee storage systems, Veeam backup and replication, and ensure business continuity through regular recovery testing.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Monitor infrastructure health, system performance and capacity planning to ensure high availability.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Contribute to infrastructure projects: planning, deployment, upgrades and post-implementation documentation.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Apply automation and scripting (PowerShell or equivalent) to improve operational efficiency where applicable.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">End-User Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Act as the first point of contact for all IT support needs in the Madrid office, covering hardware, software, connectivity and business applications.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams and SharePoint Online.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Handle endpoint management, device onboarding/offboarding, and user provisioning via Active Directory / Entra ID.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Address and resolve incidents via the IT ticketing system (Freshservice), following ITSM procedures and SLA commitments.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Perform morning system checks, routine health monitoring and proactive follow-up on alerts.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Document recurring issues and maintain up-to-date knowledge-base articles.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Security &amp; Compliance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Manage and monitor Trend Micro Cloud endpoint security across all Madrid user devices, ensuring protection, updates and compliance.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Support CNMV and local regulatory compliance requirements from an IT perspective (access logs, login location reports, SIEM event rules).</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Collaborate with the central compliance and cybersecurity teams to maintain a secure and audit-ready environment.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Minimum 2/3 years of experience in a combined systems engineering and IT support role.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Proven hands-on experience with Windows Server (2019/2022/2025), VMware (ESXi, vCenter), and storage management.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Solid background in Microsoft 365 administration, Intune and Entra ID.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Experience managing endpoint protection platforms (Trend Micro Cloud One / Vision One preferred).</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Familiarity with Veeam backup and replication solutions.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Prior experience in a financial services, brokerage or trading environment is a strong advantage.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Proficiency in scripting and automation: PowerShell preferred;
