Assist in implementing treatment plan and individual education plan methods specific to each child. Assume Classroom Teacher’s duties in his/her absence.</li><li><strong>Student Records:</strong> Assist with maintaining classroom and/or student records and documentation and contributes data for progress notes and individual treatment plans.</li><li><strong>Student Relationships: </strong>Nurture children through one-on-one communication and care and maintain vigilant supervision. Reinforce instructional/behavioral objectives as needed to maintain an effective classroom learning environment.</li><li><strong>Professional Growth: </strong>Provide leadership in efforts to improve the school, student learning and behavior, social skills, and safety.</li><li><strong>Compliance: </strong>Maintain the confidentiality of students and their families. Follow Agency and School Policies and Procedures.
