This role requires strong technical expertise, a safety-first mindset, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service in the field.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems including:<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Rooftop units (RTUs)</li><li>Split systems</li><li>Heat pumps</li><li>Package units</li><li>Exhaust and ventilation systems</li></ul></li><li>Perform preventative maintenance to improve system reliability and energy efficiency</li><li>Install new HVAC equipment, perform system start-ups, and ensure proper operation</li><li>Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals</li><li>Accurately complete service reports, work orders, and documentation</li><li>Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, repairs, and recommendations</li><li>Maintain service vehicles, tools, parts inventory, and job site cleanliness</li><li>Follow all company, customer, and regulatory safety standards (OSHA, EPA, etc.)</li><li>Coordinate with dispatch, service managers, and parts departments as needed</li><li>Participate in on-call rotation and emergency service calls as required</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>4+ years of experience servicing commercial HVAC systems (or equivalent technical experience)</li><li>Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills</li><li>EPA Universal Certification (required)</li><li>Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>Must have own basic tools</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Experience with commercial rooftop units and building automation systems (BAS)</li><li>Manufacturer certifications (Trane, Carrier, Lennox, York, etc.)</li><li>Experience in retail, convenience store, restaurant, or industrial environments</li><li>Knowledge of controls, VFDs, and energy management systems</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ability to lift up to 75 lbs</li><li>Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and access rooftops</li><li>Ability to kneel, bend, and work in confined spaces</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions</li></ul><p><strong>Work Schedule</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Full-time position</li><li>Overtime and on-call availability required</li><li>Must be willing to travel</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Company vehicle, and phone</li><li>Medical, dental, life, and vision insurance</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li><li>401 (k) match</li><li>Ongoing training, certifications, and career advancement opportunities</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
