    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position Summary:</strong><br>Franklin Mountain Investments LLC seeks an Assistant General Counsel to provide legal support to the Chief Legal Officer and executive leadership. This role serves the company and its affiliates, with a strong emphasis on corporate transactions, real estate transactions and litigation.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Work directly with Chief Legal Officer and executive team on legal matters affecting business operations, transactions, and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including those related to real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.</li><li>Manage and oversee litigation and dispute resolution, including real estate and commercial matters.</li><li>Conduct legal and business research; deliver clear, actionable guidance on complex legal issues.</li><li>Support corporate governance, acquisitions, and special projects as assigned.</li><li>Monitors, analyzes, and responds to legislative and regulatory developments related to the company&rsquo;s business activities&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.</li><li>Active license to practice law in Texas.</li><li>Minimum five years of corporate law experience, including substantial work in real estate, corporate matters and litigation; law firm or in-house experience preferred.</li><li>Experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating complex agreements.</li><li>Experience in managing outside counsel is preferred.</li><li>Experience in contract, corporate, licensing, real estate law, and litigation.</li><li>High integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Strategic thinker and collaborative team player.</li><li>Proven ability to manage time and meet deadlines.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Prolonged desk and computer work.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.</li></ul><p><strong>About the Company:</strong></p><p>Franklin Mountain Investments LLC (FMI) is a diversified private equity investment firm located in El Paso, TX. &nbsp;FMI operates across a broad spectrum of industries with a portfolio of businesses and assets that reflects its strategic vision and entrepreneurial spirit. &nbsp;Deeply rooted in the El Paso community, FMI is committed to long-term growth and innovation. &nbsp;</p></div></div>\n",
