As a Mid-Level AWS Cloud Engineer, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining secure, scalable, and compliant cloud infrastructure that powers our financial platforms. You’ll work at the intersection of cloud engineering, security, and DevOps to support high-availability systems that handle sensitive financial data and real-time transactions.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>· Staying up to date with industry best practices and innovation.</p><p>· Produce production quality application code that can be deployed within AWS services.</p><p>· Work with our team of product owners, architects, and developers to support project work and to update and release to QA/Production with software releases, configuration updates, and other release requirements.</p><p>· Take full ownership of problems, seeing challenges as opportunities for creative solutions and process improvements.</p><p>· Dive deep and identify failure patterns to resolve problems at their root.</p><p>· Provide high-performance cloud deployment solutions and maintain rapid deployment pipelines, server monitoring, and troubleshooting.</p><p>· Identify and implement best practices for securing various platforms.</p><p>· Work directly with the DevOps team to test system integrity.</p><p>· Design and implement build, deployment, and configuration management.</p><p>· Build and test automation tools for infrastructure provisioning.</p><p>· Monitor metrics and develop ways to improve.</p><p>· Provide technical guidance and educate team members and co-workers on development and operations.</p><p>· Build, maintain and monitor configuration standards.</p><p>· Maintain day-to-day management and administration of projects.</p><p>· Manage our Continuous Deployment pipeline.</p><p>· Document and design various processes; update existing processes.</p><p></p><p><b>Technologies:</b></p><p>Our range of products hosted on our platform is a mix of Java Spring Boot and Microsoft .NET, fully automated from Development to Production, utilising AWS Cloud services along with third-party tooling to complement this offering.</p><p>· Design and implement AWS-native solutions (Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, etc.)</p><p>· Write production-grade code, often in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Go</p><p>· EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, Cloudfront, WAF, API Gateway, Lamdba, Elasticache, Elasticsearch, SQS, SNS, EKS</p><p>· CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub, Python)</p><p></p><p><b>Required Skills &amp;
