You will be responsible for surfacing plastic injection molds using design software's within the Engineering Department.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete engineering projects such as surfacing plastic injection molds</li>\n<li>Overlay existing tooling for part variations and provide tooling impact studies to appropriate personnel</li>\n<li>Responsible for interacting with internal personnel and customers at various stages to ensure quality tooling including providing documentation for customer approval</li>\n<li>Ensure tool designs conform to customer standards and ensure mold functionality through Kinematic representation</li>\n<li>Prepare daily reports detailing milestone deadlines of present and upcoming tool designs</li>\n<li>As needed, offer input on maintaining and updating Engineering procedures</li>\n<li>Incorporate all customer safety standards into all tool designs</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>As needed, make appropriate personnel aware of any hardware /software inadequacies that hinder productivity</li>\n<li>Work closely with Designers and manufacturing personnel to produce quality and cost effective tooling</li>\n<li>Participate in required meetings and training, as requested</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related (Preferred)</li>\n<li>5+ years of related experience surfacing tooling/plastic injection molds</li>\n<li>5+ years of experience with 3D modeling using CAD, Visi, NX or Solid Works preferred <br></li>\n<li>Must be able to understand components (i.e. lifters and slides)</li>\n<li>Must be able to develop concepts</li>\n<li>Must be able to work independently to scheduled workloads</li>\n<li>Ability to perform under pressure and work independently</li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines as required </li>\n<li>Ability to ensure quality standards are met</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail is required</li>\n<li>Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills</li>\n<li>Proficient in time management and communication skill<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">s</span><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Our commitment to you…</span></p>\n<p>SyBridge Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of any kind.  We are committed to the attitude of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment. All employment decisions at SyBridge are based on business needs, job requirements and individual qualifications, without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, National origin, veteran or disability status, family or parental status, or any other status protected by the laws or regulations in the locations where we operate.  SyBridge encourages applicants of all ages.</p>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<p>This position will require prolonged computer use, sitting for periods of time, and walking in a manufacturing facility.  In accordance with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), SyBridge Technologies will provide accommodations when requested by the employee.
