  "key_responsibilities": "<ul><li><!--block-->Locate underground utilities using non-destructive methods, including electromagnetic induction (EMI) and ground penetrating radar (GPR).</li><li><!--block-->Operate vacuum excavation trucks and related equipment (e.g., air compressors, vacuum hoses, air lances, jackhammers, concrete saws, pogo-tampers, hand tools).</li><li><!--block-->Perform utility mark-outs, surveying tasks, and subsurface utility engineering (SUE) field activities with minimal supervision.</li><li><!--block-->Document field data accurately through sketches, photos, spreadsheets, daily reports, and written summaries.</li><li><!--block-->Read and interpret technical documents.</li><li><!--block-->Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on vacuum excavation systems and field equipment.</li><li><!--block-->Train on safe operation and maintenance of vehicles and tools in accordance with company safety standards.</li><li><!--block-->Support and mentor junior field staff as needed.</li><li><!--block-->Assist senior team members with project coordination involving clients, agencies, subcontractors, and design teams.</li><li><!--block-->Maintain high standards of quality control and attention to detail in all aspects of fieldwork.</li><li><!--block-->Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.</li><li><!--block-->Demonstrate reliability, initiative, and the ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance.</li><li><!--block-->Approach tasks with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.</li></ul>",
