Some of the benefits of joining our team are:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive Pay.</li>\n <li>Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401K, profit sharing, generous PTO and paid holidays, uniforms, and much more.</li>\n <li>Exposure to world-class CAT training and development.</li>\n <li>A friendly and supportive work environment.</li>\n <li>Continuous exposure to learning and new technologies.</li>\n <li>Opportunities for advancement.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Contributes to a positive work environment and promotes the vision, mission, and values of BMC. </li>\n <li>Completes all job responsibilities in a safe manner, promotes and champions a safe and healthy work environment. </li>\n <li>Perform rental turns and preventive maintenance on rental fleet.</li>\n <li>Inspect equipment for damage and operational functions; change oil filters; Lube equipment; and replace parts on rental equipment.</li>\n <li>Read/ use  maintenance manuals to assist in repairs.</li>\n <li>Notify Service Manager of suspected customer damage immediately upon identification.</li>\n <li>Notify Service Manager immediately of any work hazards, accidents, injuries, or near mishaps.</li>\n <li>Inform Service Manager of spare parts requirements, or when using stock parts from inventory for equipment repair.</li>\n <li>Follow equipment repair priority list as established by the Service Manager.</li>\n <li>Open work orders as needed</li>\n <li>Maintains a clean, well-organized workstation. Minimum of 15 minutes per day spent on housekeeping.</li>\n <li>Complete all management requests, special assignments, or projects within the specified time.</li>\n <li>Ensure all approvals are received prior to placing orders.</li>\n <li>Complete quality control service tags when inspecting rental equipment. Ensure 100% of units inspected to have tag attached.</li>\n <li>Assist other technicians when needed.</li>\n <li>Wash equipment, if needed.</li>\n <li>Assist Customers with loading/ unloading of equipment.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent is required</li>\n <li>Possess mechanical aptitude and a desire to fix machinery.</li>\n <li>Previous forklift operating experience is a plus.</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to keep organized and set in a fast-paced environment. </li>\n <li>Must be a Team player that is enthusiastic and hard working with the ability to complete work with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>High degree of interpersonal skills with strong communication skills.</li>\n <li>Represent Blanchard Machinery by consistently exhibiting a professional manner, arriving on time and communicating with the customer and team members</li>\n <li>Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction</li>\n <li>Ability to use computer and related software (Word, Excel, etc.). </li>\n <li>Able to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Working Conditions </u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>The physical environment requires the employee to work primarily inside (non-climate controlled) throughout the day around moving mechanical parts.</li>\n <li>Required to perform work in cramped spaces and/or high places. </li>\n <li>Required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to injury and/or hazardous material to prevent exposure to small quantities of chemicals, dust, steam, high-pressure water, and high-speed rotating equipment. </li>\n <li>Job requires standing, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, twisting, turning, lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted. </li>\n <li>Physical use of a broad variety of tools and machines in order to maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment. </li>\n <li>Use of computers and other forms of technology to complete job responsibilities.</li>\n</ul>",
