Growth Leads is a high-performance affiliate and lead generation company operating in the iGaming and finance sectors. We acquire and scale digital assets that generate qualified, high-intent traffic through SEO, paid media, and conversion-focused funnels, turning user demand into measurable revenue and commercial growth. About the role We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Senior Sales Manager to grow our affiliate and partnership network. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys closing high-value deals, and has a strong understanding of performance marketing, the iGaming industry and affiliate ecosystems. You will play a key role in expanding our partner portfolio, optimizing existing relationships, and identifying new revenue opportunities across multiple verticals and markets. What you'll do Build, manage, and optimize affiliate accounts while maintaining strong, long-term partner relationships Identify and onboard new commercial partners Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing high-value opportunities Collaborate with internal teams (product, content, marketing) to align campaigns and offers Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify strategic opportunities Manage inbound sales leads and optimize the conversion funnel Provide regular reporting on sales performance, partnerships, and market insights Support commercial strategy through new initiatives, products, and growth channels Represent the company at international conferences and networking events Take ownership of ad hoc commercial and operational projects What we're looking for 3+ years of experience in Sales and Account Management department within the iGaming industry (mandatory) Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex commercial deals Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Strong CRM skills, preferably from HubSpot What we offer Opportunity to work with international partners and attend global industry events Flexible, remote-friendly working environment Competitive monthly retainer with performance-based bonus structure High degree of autonomy and ownership in your role Additional benefits such as an wellness allowance.
