Join our highly respected Cummings’ team, advance your skills and knowledge through our industry-leading safety and training programs, and enjoy the people you work with and have confidence in a future with a top electrical contractor.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare, read, and interpret blueprints, and specifications to determine wiring layout, equipment, and fixture placement</li>\n <li>Assists the Superintendent in planning work and schedules</li>\n <li>Inspects crews’ installations for quality, making sure code and safety standards are met</li>\n <li>Provides on-site direction, mentor, and train Apprentice Electricians</li>\n <li>Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in new commercial and/or industrial construction settings</li>\n <li>Capable of layout, termination, and understanding of electrical drawings</li>\n <li>Ensures that requested material is expedited and received as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A valid TDLR Journeyman’s License is required.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 4 years’ experience</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and project managers regarding project progress, issues, and recommendations.</li>\n <li>Be able to pass Pre-employment Drug screen and Background Check</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Our environment allows you to take pride in your work, create meaningful connections, and acquire growth-based development skills.
