Join us in making a positive impact every day!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Work Schedule  - M-Th 1:30pm - 9:30pm  Friday 3:30pm - 11:30pm</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist healthcare providers in delivering high-quality medical care to employees</li>\n <li>Conduct pre-employment health screenings and ongoing health assessments</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality protocols are followed</li>\n <li>Administer medication and injections as prescribed by healthcare professionals</li>\n <li>Perform medical procedures such as Spirometry, neurometry, blood pressure, pulse, hearing tests, urine drug screen, phlebotomy, breath alcohol testing, height, weight, uniform measurements, and basic eye exams.</li>\n <li>Monitor and report on employee health trends to management</li>\n <li>Provide first aid and emergency response support as needed</li>\n <li>Collaborate with manufacturing staff to promote workplace wellness initiatives</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations</li>\n <li>Performs other diuteis as requested by Management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>       *Maintains regular attendance.</p>\n<p>       *Ability to work mandatory over time.</p>\n<p>       </p>\n<p>       *These tasks are considered essential elements of the job.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification</li>\n <li>At least 2 years of experience in a medical assistant role</li>\n</ul>\n<p>OTHER REQUIREMENTS:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong understanding of healthcare procedures and protocols</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment</li>\n <li>Knowledge of occupational health standards and safety requirements</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record systems\n  <ul>\n   <li>H&S, Abra, EudOra, OHM, Quest, Rolodex, Management System Reporting (MSR)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Phlebotomy</li>\n <li>Work Schedule  - M-Th 1:30pm - 9:30pm  Friday 3:30pm - 11:30pm</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>East Penn Benefits</h2>\n<p><strong><u>East Penn offers excellent benefits:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive compensation</li>\n <li>Group health insurance that includes high quality medical, dental, vision and prescription coverage with a low employee premium</li>\n <li>Retirement Savings Plan with company match and a 3% employer contribution</li>\n <li>9 paid company holidays, 2 paid personal holidays, and paid vacation days annually</li>\n <li>Employee assistance program</li>\n <li>Fitness Discounts</li>\n <li>Promotional opportunities</li>\n</ul>",
