      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>10+ years of progressive IT and infrastructure leadership, with at least 4 years at the director level or as a functional CISO</li>\n<li>Deep hands-on expertise in network architecture, cloud infrastructure, and security engineering</li>\n<li>Proven track record leading distributed, multicultural teams across time zones</li>\n<li>Direct ISO 27001 or TISAX certification ownership, including audit leadership</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills, able to translate technical risk for executive and board audiences</li>\n<li>CISSP or CISM a plus</li>\n<li>Experience in hardware manufacturing or automotive industry is a plus.</li>\n\n</div>"
