Drive Client Success at Sodexo InReach — Join Us as a Key Account Manager!
Sodexo InReach is seeking a dynamic and driven Key Account Manager in Seattle, Washington to join our growing team. In this high-impact, field-based role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a high-profile tech-based client. You will own the client relationships from day one and ensure seamless service delivery across multiple locations. What You'll Do
Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned client locations, prioritizing retention and satisfaction
Travel to client sites multiple times per week to provide onsite support and proactive service
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues quickly and thoroughly from start to finish
Collaborate with onsite attendants and internal teams across purchasing, fulfillment, and operations
Maintain organized schedules and proactive communication to stay ahead of client needs
Utilize Salesforce, Power BI, Cantaloupe Seed, and Microsoft Excel to manage accounts and report on performance

What You Bring
Key Account Manager or related experience in client relationship management, account management, or B2B service delivery
Experience in vending, beverage, hospitality, or tech procurement industries strongly preferred
Proficiency with Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel; Cantaloupe Seed experience a plus
Highly organized self-starter with the ability to manage a multi-site portfolio and prioritize competing demands
Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, resourceful approach
Must be based in and able to travel to client sites multiple times per week; this is not a remote position
