You will own the client relationships from day one and ensure seamless service delivery across multiple locations. Exciting career advancement opportunities in a growing and innovative segment Cross-functional collaboration with operations, purchasing, and fulfillment teams High-visibility role with direct impact on client satisfaction and retention What You'll Do Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned client locations, prioritizing retention and satisfaction Travel to client sites multiple times per week to provide onsite support and proactive service Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues quickly and thoroughly from start to finish Collaborate with onsite attendants and internal teams across purchasing, fulfillment, and operations Maintain organized schedules and proactive communication to stay ahead of client needs Utilize Salesforce, Power BI, Cantaloupe Seed, and Microsoft Excel to manage accounts and report on performance What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
