The Occupational Therapist is responsible for the evaluation of patients referred for occupational therapy treatment, formulation of a treatment plan and goals, and administration of the occupational therapy treatments. The Occupational Therapist shall be active in outpatient services and shall interact with all hospital departments and medical staff.</span></span></span></span></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><strong><span style=\"color:#222222\">What you&#39;ll do:</span></strong></span></span></span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff\"><span style=\"color:#222222\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">1:1 patient care with one 45 min appointment every hour</span></span></span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff\"><span style=\"color:#222222\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Performs appropriate evaluation tests and measurements based on the patient&rsquo;s style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Sets measurable goals and functional outcomes based on the evaluation with input from the physician, patient, and family members as style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Develops a logical treatment program based on the assessment.</span></span></span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff\"><span style=\"color:#222222\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Reassesses and revises the treatment plan as necessary, at the minimum every 6
