          "text": "<p>Cricut is seeking a strategic and business-focused Senior ERP Manager to lead the evolution and operational excellence of its SAP S/4HANA Cloud ecosystem. This role will drive ERP transformation through strong business partnerships, AI-enabled innovation, and scalable SAP architecture aligned with Clean Core principles.</p><p>The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Clean Core principles, SAP BTP, Joule/Joule Studio, Business Data Cloud, and enterprise ERP delivery. This leader will partner closely with Finance, Operations, E-Commerce, Customer Care, and Sales teams to enable business growth, process simplification, automation, and data-driven decision making.</p><p>This role requires a balance of strategic leadership, hands-on ERP program execution, strong stakeholder engagement, and operational management across global ERP initiatives.</p><p><strong><em>Business Partnership &amp; Strategy</em></strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary IT partner for Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Warehouse, and Fulfillment teams.</li><li>Align ERP strategy and roadmap with business priorities and operational goals.</li><li>Drive process standardization, automation, and AI-enabled innovation using SAP Joule, Joule Studio, and SAP BTP.</li><li>Lead executive stakeholder engagement, prioritization, and governance discussions.</li></ul><p><strong><em>ERP Transformation &amp; Program Leadership</em></strong></p><ul><li>Lead SAP S/4HANA Cloud initiatives including enhancements, upgrades, quarterly releases, integrations, and transformation programs.</li><li>Drive Clean Core adoption and scalable extension strategies leveraging SAP BTP.</li><li>Manage ERP project portfolios including scope, timelines, budgets, vendors, risks, and delivery execution.</li><li>Ensure successful integration across Warehouse &amp; Logistics, Manufacturing, eCommerce, CRM, and third-party systems.</li></ul><p><strong><em>SAP Platform &amp; Functional Leadership</em></strong></p><ul><li>Oversee operational excellence, governance, and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA Cloud.</li><li>Lead adoption of SAP AI, Business Data Cloud, Fiori, analytics, and intelligent automation capabilities.</li><li>Ensure regular SAP release upgrades, testing, change management, and business readiness.</li><li>Provide strong functional leadership across:<ul><li>Sales &amp; Distribution (SD)</li><li>Materials Management (MM)</li><li>Finance &amp; Controlling (FI/CO)</li><li>Production Planning (PP)</li><li>Warehouse &amp; Logistics integrations</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong><em>Team Leadership &amp; Governance</em></strong></p><ul><li>Lead and mentor internal ERP teams, consultants, and managed service partners.</li><li>Establish operational KPIs, support SLAs, release governance, and delivery standards.</li><li>Ensure compliance with SOX, cybersecurity, audit, and enterprise governance requirements.</li></ul>",
