This role offers hands‑on exposure across core accounting functions, regional collaboration, and strong learning opportunities within a dynamic environment.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What you’ll do: </span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Preparing and posting General Ledger (GL) journals in Unit4 (Accounting System)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Supporting month‑end and period‑end close activities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Preparing variance analysis and financial reports for management review</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Preparing and reviewing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborating with Local Finance, AR, AP, and Treasury teams to ensure complete and accurate GL reporting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensuring all financial reporting is timely, accurate, and compliant with IFRS</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Developing and maintaining Finance Policies, Manuals, and Step‑by‑Step Walkthroughs, ensuring they are updated with current accounting and reporting requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Supporting regional teams to ensure adherence to accounting frameworks and reporting quality standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintaining the integrity and reliability of the financial system.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Providing accounting support and knowledge‑sharing to internal and onshore teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Assisting Country Finance teams in the preparation of financial statements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Supporting ad‑hoc accounting and finance requests from various stakeholders</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Who you are: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">A recognized Degree in Accounting or Finance, and/or ACCA/CPA‑equivalent qualification holder.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">1+ year of relevant working experience, or a fresh graduate with strong accounting fundamentals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience in financial reporting and preparation of a full set of financial accounts</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong attention to detail and solid analytical skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Good working knowledge of IFRS, statutory accounting, and consolidation principles</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong communication skills with a good command of written and spoken English</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to work effectively in an SME environment with multiple priorities</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Added Advantages (Optional)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience in the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">shipping agency or logistics industry</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong command of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Mandarin</span> (spoken and written)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Why Inchcape Shipping Services?</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">We believe in building a diverse and high performing workforce, that works together to provide our customers with the exceptional service they deserve.
