    "description": "<h2>About the Role</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Location</strong>: Baltimore, Maryland (Canopy Hotel)</p>\n<p><strong>Hours</strong>: 2:30pm - 11:00pm </p>\n<p><strong>Salary</strong>: $20 - $22)</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The <strong>Maintenance</strong> <strong>Mechanic</strong> will perform operations, repairs and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing to equipment within the facility, while acquiring skills and knowledge to complete the training required to obtain licenses. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Typical day as CBS Maintence Mechanic</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Daily, weekly and monthly inspections of systems and associated equipment</li>\n <li>Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis</li>\n <li>Maintain equipment to industry standards</li>\n <li>Diagnose and repair simple HVAC, plumbing and electrical problems as required and/or as assigned by supervisor</li>\n <li>Provide assistance and support to sub-contractors designated to perform installation and/or repair of equipment and/or hardware as required</li>\n <li>Interface with building manager and other customer representatives in order to ensure client satisfaction</li>\n <li>Complete daily, weekly and/or monthly reports of system status as directed by supervisor</li>\n <li>Run wiring, cabling, and ductwork, and mount equipment according to specifications as directed</li>\n <li>Place or remove systems and equipment as directed</li>\n <li>Purchase materials and supplies, and maintain inventory as required for timely work completion</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>You Should Have</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be available to work all shifts</li>\n <li>Must be available to be on call</li>\n <li>Basic coursework in electrical and HVAC systems</li>\n <li>Universal CFC/R-410A</li>\n <li>Prior hotel experience a plus</li>\n <li>Reliable transportation</li>\n <li>Able to lift sixty (60) pounds</li>\n <li>Capable of ascending ladders up to a height of thirty (30) feet</li>\n <li>Possess excellent customer service skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>  EOE, including disability/veterans</p>\n<h2>Why You'll Love Working With Us</h2>\n<p><strong>Complete Building Services (CBS)</strong> is a company that is passionate about the operation and maintenance of buildings/facilities in the commercial and government sectors.
