    "description": "<p>Family Health Care is seeking a part-time housekeeper at our clinic in Baldwin, Michigan. The housekeeper will work evening hours and ensure our facilities are maintained and in a clean and orderly fashion.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><strong>Duties:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for daily cleaning, dusting and/or disinfecting of the health center.</li>\n<li>Responsible for maintaining towel, paper and soap dispensers daily.</li>\n<li>Responsible for daily emptying wastebaskets and transporting to outside trash receptacles.<br></li>\n<li>Responsible for maintaining an inventory of housekeeping supplies and ordering supplies when necessary.</li>\n<li>Responsible for reporting stained ceiling tiles, light bulbs that are out, and other items throughout the organization that need to be addressed.</li>\n<li>Performs other light duties deemed necessary and assigned by the supervisor.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong> Knowledge of: <br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Housekeeping functions and standards, including safety, using a step ladder and sanitation.</li>\n<li>Cleaning methods, materials, tools and equipment.</li>\n<li>Common safety hazards to identify potential safety problems.</li>\n<li>Operating housekeeping equipment and machines.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and cooperatively as a productive member of a team.</li>\n<li>Ability to order supplies and check email via computer</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Family Health Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</em></p>",
