Join our Landscaping team and play a key role in keeping Willow Valley Communities vibrant and welcoming all summer long!</p>\n<h3>🌟 Why Work at Willow Valley Communities?</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Weekly Pay</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Access to on-site amenities</strong>, including our fitness center, spa, cafés, and swimming pools</li>\n <li><strong>Opportunities for career growth</strong></li>\n <li>And much more!</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>💲 Pay</h3>\n<p><strong>$16.00 per hour</strong></p>\n<h3>🌱 What You’ll Do</h3>\n<p>As a Landscaper/Gardener, you’ll help care for and enhance our outdoor spaces by:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Preparing and grading terrain</li>\n <li>Applying fertilizers, seeding and sodding lawns</li>\n <li>Planting and transplanting trees, shrubs, and flowers</li>\n <li>Trimming, pruning, and shaping shrubs and trees</li>\n <li>Cultivating gardens and maintaining flower beds</li>\n <li>Edging and trimming around walkways, walls, and landscaped areas</li>\n <li>Raking leaves and removing debris</li>\n <li>Watering lawns, gardens, and shrubs</li>\n <li>Keeping grounds clean and inviting</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>✅ What We’re Looking For</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED or one to three months of related experience and/or training, or a combination of education and experience</li>\n <li>Ability to work outdoors in various summer conditions</li>\n <li>A team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>⏰ Schedule & Hours</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>40 hours per week</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Summer-only position</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h3>📍 Location</h3>\n<p><strong>The Manor and Lakes Campus</strong>Willow Valley CommunitiesLancaster and Willow Street, PA</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>PMS111</p>",
